The Community Outreach Ministry is the church beyond its walls. We believe the gospel is something you carry into a neighborhood, not just something you sit through on a Sunday. So we show up with food, with time, with help and with hope.

What We Do
Food and Essentials Drives
Collecting and distributing groceries, toiletries and school supplies for families in Upper Marlboro and Prince George's County.
Neighborhood Events
Cookouts, back-to-school giveaways and holiday outreach that bring people together and open doors for real relationships.
Care for Families in Need
Practical, quiet support for members and neighbors walking through a hard season, from meals to encouragement to prayer.
Local Partnerships
Working alongside shelters, schools and community organizations already serving our area, so our help goes where it counts.
Prayer and Presence
Sometimes the greatest need is not a bag of groceries. We make time to listen, to pray and to stay.

Who Can Serve?
Anyone willing. You do not need a special skill or a lot of free time. Some of our volunteers give a Saturday a month, others help pack bags from home, others simply drive. We will find a fit for you.
Ways to serve include packing and sorting donations, event setup and cleanup, cooking and serving food, driving and deliveries, greeting and registration, and follow-up care.
